If you're looking to get a thrill this weekend, head to the Heard Museum Adventure Day on Saturday, May 12. Adventure Day will offer participants the opportunity to navigate a ropes course program and a zip line.

Participants will be exposed to low and high rope initiatives including a Team Power Pole, Tree Climb, and the 750-foot zip line.  The average minimum age to participate is 8 years old, and everyone must be able to properly fit into harnesses provided by the Heard.

Participants should wear closed-toed shoes, appropriate outdoor clothing and a water bottle.

Registration is required for the event and is $40 through May 11.  The registration fee will be $50 for those who wish to register on the day of the event, however space is not guaranteed.

Non-participating family members are welcomed to the site free of charge.
