Flying Horse II, Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts' annual fundraiser, will feature Dallas-based band The Polyphonic Spree and award-winning R&B artist Erykah Badu as well as several Booker T. performers and ensembles on Saturday.
The event is part art festival part fundraiser and occurs at the recently remodeled arts magnet campus inside the Dallas Arts District on Flora Street. For $125, patrons can watch students perform African drums, harps, in string quartets, and on-stage alongside world-class performers.
