Pasta for most home cooks is a way to get dinner on the table quickly and this class teaches some delicious new pasta recipes to liven up a weeknight meal. The class teaches how to make pasta alla Norma (pasta with eggplant) as well as a few other Williams-Sonoma favorites.
To get the new year off to a healthy and tasty start, Williams-Sonoma at Stonebriar Centre presents its January and February schedule of Technique Classses, each designed to add flavor to winter meals. All classes are complimentary and held at Williams-Sonoma, located on the lower level near the main entrance to the shopping center. Reservations are required.
